Every year Tile Doctors compete for the coveted “Tile Doctor of the Year Award” which is based on work completed and direct feedback from customers.  Bruce features regularly in this competition and detailed below are some of the awards he was won over the years.

Thanks again to all my customers who sent in feedback about my service recently, your feedback is used to determine the winner of the Tile Doctor of the Year Competition and I’m happy to report that I was awarded the first place trophy at the recent Tile Doctor conference in Worcester.

There are around 50 Tile Doctors dotted around the UK so the competition for first place is high and winning is not easy, however I must be doing something right as this is the 3rd time I’ve won, so much so they have decided to let me keep the trophy.

2014 Tile Doctor Conference Park Inn York

I’m happy to report that for the 2nd year in a row I have won the Tile Doctor of the Year award which was presented at the Tile Doctor conference in York in May. The award is chosen from a league table which is heavily influenced by feedback from customers so many thanks for keeping me at the top, I must admit it wasn’t easy, there are 50 Tile Doctors around the UK all competing for this prestigious award and it was a close shave with the Glasgow Tile Doctor hot on my heals.

2023 Conference Wolverhampton Racecourse

The 2013 Tile Doctor conference took place at Wolverhampton Racecourse this year and I’m chuffed to report that I won the Tile Doctor of the Year award for my work in 2012.  The award is based on customer performance and feedback so I really must thank everyone who filled in the feedback for for me and scored me so highly.

Once the conference was over we had a meal (and some drinks of course) and spent the evening at the races where we had a lot of fun but less success picking winners 🙂
